Our 1895 East Lake Victorian renovation

My husband Chris and I had been in the market for a 'forever' home for over a year. He wanted to be closer to work and our family had outgrown our current space. After endless hours of searching I stumbled upon this gem in the rough, an 1895 'Eastlake' Victorian.
One step inside and I was in love. A few days later I brought Chris back to the property, before he stepped inside he looked at me and said "Lets make an offer!". And so we did, it was accepted and after a long and torturous closing process, it's ours!
